Using a collaborative approach, we combine all of our resources to identify a wide range of top industry talent. At the start, each search is assigned a team leader who is responsible for no more than a few searches at a time and is backed by an extensive support staff, ensuring that our clients are provided with ongoing attention every step of the way.

Extensive Profiling
We get to know our client’s business needs. We meet with every executive who will interact with the candidate and develop a detailed profile that the client signs off on - to ensure we’ve got it right the first time.

Preliminary Search
We create a customized profile that outlines the characteristics and skill set of the ideal hire. We then consult internally with our experienced recruiters and utilize our highly trained research staff to source potential candidates externally in an effort to assemble a preliminary list of qualified candidates.

Due Diligence
We conduct thorough candidate interviews and extensive reference verification to get a clear sense of the personal qualities, business philosophy, likely future job performance, and overall potential fit of all candidates who are being considered. To keep the client abreast of our efforts, we provide ongoing status reports on search progress.

Interview Facilitation
The most exceptional candidates move forward to meet with the client. We provide hands-on assistance at every stage of the interview process on both the client and candidate side.

Placement Decision Help
We meet with our clients to provide extensive input toward a hiring decision. Once a decision is made, we then assist with the offer preparation and negotiation process.

The Close

Typical Time Frame
