Our JMO Profile

Our JMO Division specializes in placing top transitioning and former military officers into corporate careers.   In particular, we focus on candidates who:

• Are separating from military service in 3-6 months, or
• Those with civilian industry experience who transitioned out of the military 1-2 years ago and are looking for a change

In addition, all of the candidates we work with must have the following qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree
• Have documented experience of military leadership
• Show evidence of increasing responsibility and military achievement over the course of their service
• Possess strong communication skills
• Demonstrate proven management skills
