Our JMO Profile
Our JMO Division specializes in placing top transitioning and former military officers into corporate careers. In particular, we focus on candidates who:
- Are separating from military service in 3-6 months, or
- Those with civilian industry experience who transitioned out of the military 1-2 years ago and are looking for a change
In addition, all of the candidates we work with must have the following qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree
- Have documented experience of military leadership
- Show evidence of increasing responsibility and military achievement over the course of their service
- Possess strong communication skills
- Demonstrate proven management skills
