Our JMO Profile

We focus on serving JMOs who are currently separating from the military within the next 3-6 months, or who have already separated and have been working in the civilian world for up to 2 years.  In addition, the candidates we work with meet the following criteria:

• Possess(ed) a rank of 0-1 to 0-4
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree
• Have a strong record of performance in challenging leadership positions within the military
• Currently reside in, or will be relocating (or have a willingness to relocate) to the City of New York or tri-state area
