Mitchell Peskin

A seasoned industry professional, Mitch has been with The Execu|Search Group since 1993. He serves as the Partner in charge of our firm’s permanent placement services in Financial Services, as well as overseeing the ongoing development of The Execu|Search Group’s Westchester office where he is focused on fostering opportunities for continued expansion.

Mitch’s work is informed by more than 20 years of experience across accounting, finance, and recruitment. He began his career working in public accounting and went on to work for leading Wall Street brokerage firms. His extensive and diverse background gives him the advantage of being able to see the industry from multiple angles. His approach to business is straight-forward, strategic, and guided by his essential understanding of current market conditions and their impact on the clients and professionals with whom he works. He is equally committed to his role as leader, motivator, and mentor to his team – “I believe it’s important to lead by example. It is my priority, and the priority of my team, to be professional, ethical, and to give every candidate and client fair, respectful, and top-notch service.”

Mitch holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The State University of New York at New Paltz. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Rockland County where he coaches his daughters’ basketball and softball teams. He is also an avid golfer.
