As Managing Director of the Temporary Health Services Division at The Execu|Search Group, Kyle Mattice is a seasoned professional who is spearheading the rapid expansion of our services to meet the demands of those who work in the developing Health Services field.

Kyle, who joined the firm in late 2008, hit the ground running and has already proven himself as a mentor to his team and a leader who is driven to bring success to his division. He achieves this success through his straight-forward, honest style and emphasis on building long-term relationships with his colleagues, clients, and candidates. “Success comes when you listen to what people really need. I listen to what’s going on in the world of healthcare, listen to what our clients are saying, listen to what our candidates need, and then I respond accordingly.”

Having spent 7 years as a healthcare recruiter, Kyle is uniquely positioned to understand the trends in the marketplace. He uses this perspective to help him meet the individual needs of all those he works with, striving always to match the right candidate with the right job and to provide top-level service.

Kyle earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Towson University. He enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with his family where they reside on Long Island.
