Joe Eiseman

As the Managing Director of The Execu|Search Group’s branch office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Joe oversees the Permanent Accounting/Finance Division in New Jersey and the Permanent and Temporary/Consulting Information Technology Divisions in both New Jersey and New York. Joe will also be responsible for spearheading the expansion of the firm’s New Jersey presence.

Joe spent his early career in roles as a Recruiter and Business Developer before progressing into his most recent role as an Executive Manager of Accounting/Finance and Technology for a publicly-traded, full-service professional staffing firm. In his 25 years of staffing industry experience, Joe has developed, trained, and mentored award winning teams in both permanent placement and temporary/consulting staffing solutions.

Joe believes in building solid relationships with his candidates and clients, "As staffing professionals we greatly help to shape the careers of our candidates and support critical staffing initiatives of our client companies. This is a position of partnership and trust that requires honesty, integrity and commitment." 

A graduate of Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children.
