Jeffrey Golove

Jeff oversees Execu|Search Healthcare Partners, our retained Healthcare Division. He has over 15 years of corporate and executive healthcare search experience. Prior to joining The Execu|Search Group, Jeff was a Vice President at one of the largest retained healthcare search firm practices nationally. Before transitioning to executive search, Jeff headed Talent Acquisition company-wide at WellChoice, Inc. (the former Fortune 500 parent company of Empire BlueCross BlueShield); and at Group Health Incorporated (GHI), a major New York-based regional health insurer. Jeff earned a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from The University of Rhode Island where he was elected to The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi; and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The State University of New York at Oswego.

As a former healthcare human resources executive and "purchaser" of executive search services from a wide variety of firms, Jeff believes that it is essential to have an in-depth understanding and passion around the healthcare business to most effectively partner with clients and deliver optimal talent.

He is a member of The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE); The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM); and serves on the Staffing Committee of The Human Resources Association of New York (HR/NY). Jeff is an active volunteer for TRTCares, a program launched to provide free professional career counseling assistance to members of his community. Originally from Rochester, New York, he resides in New Jersey and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters. Jeff closely follows current events and politics; and is an avid Miami Dolphins fan.
