Since joining the firm in 2000, Alison has served as an ambitious leader within our Accounting / Finance Division, contributing to its success through her exceptional and personalized client and candidate service.

She began her career as an auditor at KPMG, earned her CPA, and has acquired more than seven years of public and private accounting and finance experience.  Prior to joining The Execu|Search Group, Alison spent nearly five years at the prestigious hedge fund DE Shaw & Co., L.P. in a combination of financial reporting and product control capacities. She now uses this hands-on experience to her clients’ advantage: “I approach recruitment from an educated perspective, partnering with my clients as a business advisor who can make strategy-based recommendations based on their needs and industry.”

Alison graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.  She lives on Long Island with her husband and two sons.
